What are your standard repsonse times?
Our response times may vary, but every contract is handled at the earlier possible time. Monthly contracts hold a higher priority rate, and can expect response times within 48 hours. Ad-hoc contracts can expect response times within 5-7 days.

What do my bucket hours cover?
Your bucket covers hours dedicated to the most suitable consultant. You are only charged for the hours worked by individuals, and those individuals are assigned based on skillset.

What if I just need a one time service?
One time services are negotiated on a per-contract basis. If you have a need and feel we are suitable to fill it, feel free to contact us and we can negotiate an ad-hoc contract.

How do you handle transportation costs?
Transportation fees for ad-hoc contracts are $1 USD per mile. For monthly contracts, transportation fees are free within 500mi of Terre Haute, Indiana; and $0.75 USD per mile outside that radius. For larger gear transport, other fees may be negotiated.
